The SB SERIES is
compatible with virtually any process solution such as sulphuric, acetic or
nitric acid etc., various strippers, KOH and HF. The SB offers excellent process
control and an ultra-clean semiconductor grade process environment. The SB
consists of two major components, a process module which is integrated with a fluoropolymer
immersion heater and a Process Control Module. Each SB includes a network of
safety features and is supplied complete with all necessary components such as
process thermocouples, liquid level sensors etc. A wide variety of models and
options are available which will enable you to tailor an SB to meet your
specific process requirements.

STANDARD FEATURES

the process solution resulting in a faster heat-up and recovery rate.

other styles of baths.

The fluoropolymer tank is virtually unbreakable.

Stability and Uniformity: The SB heater takes up the entire bottom of the
tank eliminating temperature gradients. Temperature range up to 180°C
depending on chemistry, concentration, etc.

Patented N2 purge (patent numbers 4,553,024 - 4, 158,764). Heater
is continually swept clean and dry by a small purge of N, or CDA. This feature
removes detrimental moisture or diffused particulate matter thereby ensuring
maximum heater life and clean operation.

Heater protection is provided through electrical interlocks. i.e. (Standard
over-temperature thermocouple and liquid level sensor).
