Fluoropolymer Inline Heaters
Point of use, rapid heat-up of DI water and
process chemicals.
The TIH In-Line Series, point of
use heater quickly heats up DI water and various process chemicals with a
minimum amount of exposed surface area. An ultra clean environment is provided
with no metal to fluid contact. Wetted surfaces are of PTFE fluoropolymer
(heater and TFE fluoropolymer heating chamber). A process controller which
provides accurate and consistent temperature control is also available.

STANDARD FEATURES:
- Service:
Continuous heating of process chemistry, or DI water. Designed for single pass
or recirculation systems in single uint or series configuration.
- Heater:
Lufran® exclusive Patented PTFE all fluoropolymer
heater. Available 208/480 vac, in 1ø or 3ø, 50/60 Hz.

Inlet/outlet can join with customer double containment lines (1-1/4"
or 1-1/2" NPT inlet /outlet), 1/2", 3/4", & one-inch flared process, or by
customer specification. Standard drain is 1/2-inch flare.
- Body Material:
TFE fluoropolymer with fluoropolymer
encapsulated O-rings.
- Sensor & Alarms:
Low liquid level, high process temperature, two over-temperature
sensors & purge fail alarm when used with the self-diagnostic membrane
temperature control (MTC) package.
- Mounting:
As shown.
- CE certified.
ULTRA PURE AND COMPATIBLE
No metal to fluid contact. Wetted surfaces are fluoropolymer
which makes the TIH suitable for aggressive process chemistry such as HF, HCL,
Phosphoric, Nitride, or DI water. Ideal for use with other Process Technology/Lufran®
systems.
