ENGINEERING SPECIFICATIONS

• Tough Design: Built to accommodate normal fluctuations in flow without compromising heating element integrity.
• Electrical: 240 or 480 vac, three phase. Other voltages available. GFCI optional. Solid State Relay standard.
• Elements: Durable low watt density:   80 watts/in². Gives long element life and reduces maintenance costs. Grounded element design is patent pending.
• Heating Element Replacement: Individual heating elements can be exchanged in the field.
• Operating Pressures: Up to 100 psi.
• Warranty: One year on complete unit.   Two years on heating elements.
• Wetted Material: Titanium and fluoropolymer.
• Cabinet Material: 304 stainless steel, 150 grit number four brush finish.
• Compliance: Designed to be in compliance with UL specifications.
• Sensors & Alarms: Over-temperature, high process limit, capacitive liquid level sensor, pressure relief (set @ 100 psi).
